Bio and History
Arcadian Pastures is a small family owned and operated grass-fed livestock farm. All of our organically-raised meats are raised with respect in their most natural environments and without the use of any added chemicals, hormones or pesticides for the ultimate in quality, flavor, freshness and nutritional value.
We take great pride in raising our animals in a time-honored fashion (just like grandpa´s farm used to be) utilizing the best available certified organic grains to supplement their pasture-based diet.

We sell off the farm, at NYC Greenmarkets, to restaurants and to individuals.

What´s in Season?
Our products are available year-round. We offer grass-fed beef, pastured pork (including smoked bacon & ham), pastured chicken, pastured lamb, rabbit and our own line of homemade sausages; including several varieties of pork (sage, breakfast, chorizo etc), as well as our specialty lamb merguez, and a beef chorizo.
Our meats are processed in our on-farm licensed butcher shop weekly and are available fresh or frozen. We sell off the farm, at NYC Greenmarkets, to restaurants and to individuals.
We sell by the whole, half and/or by individual cuts. There is no minimum requirement to order from us. As we do all of our own cutting and processing on the farm, all special requests are welcome and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.
We are happy to ship our products direct to your door if it is more convenient for you.
