Bio and History

98 acre farm where we raise Grass Fed Beef, naturally fed pork, and poultry. We have been in Cobleskill since 2004, having moved from Athens. We have two children Schuyler, and Anna. We also raise some registered Black Angus Cattle for breeding stock, and exhibition at local fairs.

Beef is available year round at our home. Email to inquire regarding availability. Other products available most of the year. Use our Web Site to obtain current price lists. We also do a CSA style ordering method where monthly orders are available. Please email for details.
