Bio and History

In 1950, Putnam Farms began operation by the Beards Hollow church in Summit, NY. In 1968, the farm moved to its present location on Grovenors Corners Road in Cobleskill.

The farm originally produced both maple syrup and milk. Once the move happened the dairy expanded and their son took over the maple business and started Maple Hill Farm.
